Caltex Rooigrond opened as a brand new filling station in December 2019 and had a grand opening for FreshStop on the 18th of June 2020. Caltex Rooigrond is situated on the R503 between Mafikeng and Lichtenburg in the North West province. Site Retailers, Naeem Karim and Mohammed Ameen Karim, own two other filling stations within the North West.
Freshstop at Caltex Rooigrond offers customers a variety of fresh fruit and veggies, on-the-go snacks and refreshments to satisfy any craving. The filling station also has a Pitstop Café where you will find the tastiest pies, hot meals and takeaway foods. For the coffee connoisseurs there is a House of Coffees self-service coffee station available.
There will be some additional services added on to make sure Caltex Rooigrond is your one stop service station in the area. “We are very excited that we will soon be pening a car wash and ATM machine on-site. There is also a Crispy Chicken that will be opening.We are very proud to have created 15 jobs with the opening of FreshStop at Caltex Rooigrond and to be able to upskill and empower people from our community,” says Naeem.
