Shaun Ncala – I am Humble*Ambitious*Motivated
At the young age of 27, Shaun is showing what being an entrepreneur is all about as he took on the challenge of opening and running one of the first Astron Energy branded sites in South-Africa. He has three successful businesses in Johannesburg and being from Jouberton himself, Shaun decided to take a trip to his hometown to help create job opportunities in this thriving township based in Klerksdorp, North-West. Opening a service station has always been a dream that his father had and even though Shaun has no experience in the Industry, he decided to make this dream come true.
Shaun describes himself as a goal-orientated, persistent and thirsty for knowledge go-getter.
“If there is no change, there is no progression in life”
The team at Astron NTS Jouberton consists of 21 employees and they are all from the township.
Shaun is aiming to reach 10,000 liters a day and at the current rate this goal will be achieved in the near future.
Shaun lives by his moto H*A*M – which reminds him to always stay Humble, Ambitious and Motivated.
